Before you submit a file, let us know it'S coming!

Give your Customer Care Agent a call, email them directly, or call us Toll-Free at 1.800.264.4958!

After selecting a file, please provide your organization's name in the description field.
If you are uploading multiple files, please upload a compressed .zip folder.

  1. Locate the file(s) or folder that you want to zip. Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder.
  2. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location. To rename it, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Rename, and then type the new name.
NOTES:
  • To add files or folders to a zipped folder you created earlier, drag them to the zipped folder.
  • If you add encrypted files to a zipped folder, they'll be unencrypted when they're unzipped, which might result in unintentional disclosure of personal or sensitive information. For that reason, we recommend that you avoid zipping encrypted files.
  • Some types of files, like JPEG images, are already highly compressed. If you zip several JPEG pictures into a folder, the total size of the folder will be about the same as the original collection of pictures.
  1. Locate the items to zip in the Mac Finder (file system).
  2. Right-click on a file, folder, or files you want to zip.
  3. Select Compress Items.
  4. Find the newly created .zip archive in the same directory.
NOTES:
  • If a single file is being zipped, the zip archive will maintain the standard file name but append the .zip extension.
  • If more than one file is being zipped, the archive will be named “Archive.zip”, and if multiple archives are created, they will be named successively “Archive 2.zip” and so on.
  • This works in all versions of OS X, and you can access the compress item option from a right-click with a mouse, control-click with keyboard, or two-finger click on a trackpad from the Mac.
